Specialising in large and complex projects, DAYWALK offers a world-class Engineering Team to manage custom-built solutions that solve your component logistics problems. These are developed through a collaborative design, certification, build, and deliver process and come with QR Code Load Guides for continued support. The final result will be a purpose-built and fully equipped solution to meet the demands of your logistics problem.

Where DAYWALK really adds value for clients is with complex projects or custom jobs with volume or rollout requirements. These engineered solutions will ensure your assets are protected and downtime is controlled, regardless of how heavy or difficult the load.
We bring together Australia’s top engineering minds to design and create transport frames and storage solutions that set new benchmarks in safety, durability, and innovation.
All DAYWALK custom work is independently reviewed and certified by a 3rd party engineering team, so upon handover you can be assured with confidence that it’s the best of the best.
Built to meet Australian load restraint standards, including the Performance Standards (as defined in Schedule 7 of the Heavy Vehicle (Mass, Dimension and Loading) National Regulation 2018) and AS3990:1993, you can transport your cargo confidently, knowing you’re covered from every legal angle.
DAYWALK custom projects are developed with high quality materials including powder-coated steel. This ensures long-lasting corrosion resistance for maximum durability in harsh Australian weather environments.
Your asset can be easily located with GPS tracking software capabilities. Whether travelling by road, sea, or rail freight, the location of your asset is a click away via an app (additional purchase).
Based on the custom specifications and requirements of your project, we will engineer and fabricate the most effective solution.
Some examples of purpose-built transport frame features include wide fork pockets, elevated lash points, adjustable bolting points, stackability, and quick-release features, which improve handling and transport efficiency.
DAYWALK can offer a unique stackable feature on your custom order, which frees up valuable warehouse or workshop space. When not in use, simply stack the frames—maintaining a cleaner, safer work environment.
Each custom design is assessed to determine if it qualifies for this stackability feature, which is available at an additional cost.

A meeting is booked with one of our local Technical Consultants to discuss your needs and options. This can be done on-site at the location, or online via Teams.
The Engineering Team provides 3D CAD Drawings and prototyping based on the discovery meeting. DAYWALK ballparks a full bespoke solution.
The Operations team submits the ballpark project and requests signed approval.
Quality assurance checks are conducted to ensure all compliance and safety requirements are met.
Majority of custom transport frames are locally built to save on shipping costs and quicker turnaround times on production. Each project is unique, but generally fabrication usually takes 4-6 weeks from the date of signed approval submission.
DAYWALK offers support which includes Load Guides, product manuals and QR Code guidance.

A DAYWALK Custom Transport Frame is a custom-engineered structure designed to safely support and secure equipment or components during transportation, handling, or storage.
Yes! – Built to meet Australian load restraint standards, including the Performance Standards (as defined in Schedule 7 of the Heavy Vehicle (Mass, Dimension and Loading) National Regulation 2018) and AS3990:1993, you can transport your cargo confidently, knowing you’re covered and certified from every legal angle.
Heavy Industries such as Mining, Oil and Gas, Defence, Energy and Renewables, OEM Vendors, Manufacturing, and Infrastructure commonly require transport frames for heavy or sensitive equipment.
Custom designs ensure optimal fit, safety, and compliance with specific transport regulations, especially for irregular or high-value assets. However, if we believe there is a standard, in-stock frame that suits your purposes, we will discuss this with you so you can review your options.
Our systems meet Chain of Responsibility standards and are designed to ensure the safe transport and handling of valuable assets, thereby reducing risk and enhancing accountability.
Key details include component and/or equipment dimensions, weight, center of gravity, lifting points, transport method (road, sea, rail), and any regulatory requirements.
