The Daywalk Spartan Range is designed to take the pain out of component transport. Being a cost-effective, pre-engineered solution, this range assists with compliance to your Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
Daywalk holds large stock of this range, saving you time compared to custom frames – which may take several weeks to design, engineer and manufacture.
The Spartan Range includes four Steel Pallet options (two grid mesh and one slatted) and two sizes of Cylinder Frames, to accommodate multiple types of components for storage and transport.

The difference is due to the construction of pallet racking. With load having to be supported over 2 suspended beams, the weight rating has to be reduced for safety reasons.
From testing and field testing, it is expected that Spartan Pallets and Frames will last multiple years.
The coating is a heavy-duty outdoor coating, designed to increase longevity.
Steel-on-steel contact needs to be taken into account, particularly in transport. To combat this, we can offer a low-profile rubber to suit. Plywood is also a suitable alternative.
