3 Types of DAYWALK Pallets
Let’s take a look at the 3 tiers of DAYWALK pallets:
Xyphos: Most affordable, entry level pallet that’s suitable for warehouse storage. A smart alternative to timber pallets for long-lasting storage.
Spartan: Cost-effective pallet, suitable for transport or storage. Includes lashing lugs. have higher transport ratings. The Spartan Steel Pallets are a UDL Rating, ranging from 1T to 3T.
Adapta: This adjustable, certified pallet system offers endless options for different components that require transport or storage. High quality and exceptional flexibility due to the unique adjustable system including chocks, legs, spreader plates and other accessories.

Xyphos Range Explained
The Xyphos is our most affordable pallet option, and is excellent for longer-lasting warehouse storage, as it won’t break like timber pallets. The Xyphos are built with steel slats, rather than the mesh top. They’re racking compatible and transport rated, but do not provide the strength of our other ranges. Xyphos Plus is an upgraded version of the Xyphos, that has independent certification for transport. The Xyphos range comes in three models: 1160x1160mm 4T, 2300x1160mm 4T and the Plus at 1160x1160mm 4T. The rating drops to 3T in transport, and 2T when used in pallet racking.
Spartan Pallet Features
The Spartan range of steel pallets offers a cost-effective option, with more longevity, capability and strength when compared with the Xyphos and Xyphos Plus. The Spartan Range features a mesh top for added flexibility and strength with loading and strapping of components. The Spartan range offers four models: 1160x1160mm 1T, 2320x1160mm 2T – and our new soon to be released Spartan models 1160x580mm 1T and 2320x1500mm 3T.
Innovative Adapta Range
For optimum efficiency, convenience and protection, the Adapta Heavy Duty Steel Pallet range is engineered and certified to be HVNL Schedule 7 Compliant. They are a transport rated fully adjustable system for heavy components. The Adapta range of accessories allows for your frame to be used with multiple components of various shapes and sizes. The accessories include DAYWALK’s patented hold-down bolts, adjustable stands & chocks, spreader plates, friction-rated rubber and GPS tracker — which makes component transport a more streamlined and efficient task. Adapta Pallets include 1160x1160mm 2T, 2320x1160mm 3T, 2320x1500mm 3.5T, 2320x2320mm 5T, 3500x1800mm 5.5T, 2500x2320mm 8T and the 3500x2320mm 12T.
