VisionMod Timber Pallet Steel Cage
As a stackable solution with access gates that can be flat-packed for easy shipping and storage, the VisionMod is a high-quality, entry-level timber pallet base.
The VisionMod is built for storing heavy equipment in timber crates. The long-lasting steel surround improves safety for heavy equipment in storage, lasting significantly longer than timber and saving you money in the long run.
Available in 300mm, 500mm and 800mm heights, simply fix the cage to your pallet using the corner supports, and pack it down for storage after use.
Heavy Duty Xyphos Steel Cage Range
DAYWALK’S most cost-effective and heavy-duty steel cage solution is the Xyphos.
With a height of 400mm or 800mm, these cages are designed for optimal safety and efficiency during storage and transport. Built to fit safely on pallet racking, the full-height design is perfect for bulk storage and handling.
Key features include removable half fold-down gates for easy access, mesh sides and flooring, and the option for a lockable lid to enhance security. The cages are galvanised to resist rust and corrosion, ensuring durability in outdoor conditions. Additionally, the Xyphos cages are stackable up to four high, compatible with both pallet jacks and forklifts, and include cambered safety under-rails to protect your racking beams. The Xyphos steel cages can also fit neatly in shipping containers, allowing for versatile storage options.

Heavy Duty Galvanised Steel Cages
There is no better protection in mesh caging than our heavy-duty range. The cambered safety under-rail sits below the pallet racking beam to guide your forklift up and over the beam to prevent damage. Combined with a solid plate kickboard, these cages are built for robust storage and transportation.
As with our other cages, they can be used as temporary pallet racking (stackable to four high), with the ability to be collapsed and folded down in both the 500mm and 800mm heights.

With certified handling, storage, and movement processes, the Rhino WIP Workshop Basket replaces the inconsistent and hazardous work-in-progress baskets commonly used by CAT Dealers globally. Key features include a customizable divider system to minimize pinch points and hand injuries, making it safer to maneuver parts in and out. Dimensions are 1160mmL x 1160mmW x 835mmH (with an internal height of 555mm), and each unit has a working load limit (WLL) of 1 tonne, ensuring peace of mind.
