DAYWALK recommended a tailored transport and storage solution built around our in-stock 3.5T and 5T Heavy-Duty Steel Pallets. These in-stock, standard pallets provided a safe, durable and standardised foundation for our client’s critical components.
To maximise asset protection for the rotable spares, each pallet was paired with our Heavy-Duty Custom Component Covers. These covers are engineered to shield equipment from harsh environmental conditions while maintaining clear visual identification and accessibility. This combination significantly improved the protection, handling and long-term storage of rotable spares across site.
Beyond supplying the hardware, DAYWALK implemented a structured system to simplify site deployment and inventory management. Product plaques and covers were customised with material numbers to streamline receiving, identification and tracking of pallet kits upon arrival.
To ensure a smooth rollout, DAYWALK personnel provided on-site support, including assembly assistance, practical training and guidance on compliant motor restraint methods. The result was a complete, ready-to-use solution that improved safety, reduced manual handling challenges and provided a durable replacement for deteriorating timber pallets.
To streamline the delivery and set-up, the DAYWALK team pre-packed the kits before delivery to assist in the quick application of the kits on-site.
