The Adapta range of adjustable pallets is designed for optimum flexibility, longevity and convenience. Use the Pallet Accessories with your Adapta Heavy Duty Steel Pallet, so you can safely move a range of components. Other DAYWALK mesh pallets can be used with the accessories, however, the Adapta range was designed as a complete, compliant transport system.
The Adjustable Chocks work by having an adjustable platform where the chocks can be placed to fit the component being transported or stored. The system includes a sturdy pin with safety chain, so you can quickly and easily adjust the chocks to suit your requirements.
Spreader Plates work to disperse the weight of a component in a safe way. DAYWALK offers a range of Spreader Plates from 250 x 250mm up to 500 x 350mm in size.
The patented Forged Hold Down Bolts from DAYWALK are fully certified, offering a fast and safe solution for top mounted bolting to pallets. They are durable and weather resistant, with a heavy duty mechanical galvanised coating. As they are forged not welded, they offer superior strength. Just push the bolt down, twist into placement and you’re set.
The Anti-Slip Mats provide stability and safety. The non-slip rubber provides grip, so your steel pallet and metal component can be secured to minimise movement and control the risk of damage in transport.
