The Rapid Relief Team (RRT)AU delivers hope and relief to people across the globe. Whether it be fire, flood or humanitarian need, RRT expands their support services to meet the crisis at hand. Established by the Plymouth Brethren Christian Church (PBCC) in 2013, RRT offers quality catering assistance and tangible support to charities, government and emergency services confronting some of humankind’s greatest challenges. Led by the Christian principles of care and compassion, RRT’s army of volunteers operate from the heart across the globe, and lend a helping hand to people in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, North and South America, the Caribbean, Canada and across Europe.
DAYWALK supports RRT in the good work they do as we feel our passion for nurturing life and wellbeing is addressed in a very practical way by RRT. From our beginnings, care for the lives of others through giving food to those in the South African communities is carried on through our support of RRT in the incredible support they offer to the communities in which we live and work.
DAYWALK is focused on developing solutions that where possible are recyclable when they come to the end of their life. This includes a number of our preservation plastics and timber products.
We develop solutions that are long-lasting enough to reduce replacement cycles when in use. Our engineering foundation means that we put a strong focus on materials that can last in harsh conditions, reducing disposal cycles.
Our company is always innovating to develop new materials and approaches to where our materials come from and how they are created. Our global supply chain recognises the importance of reducing environment impact and that is why DAYWALK is moving to more sustainable sources of materials.
